50/50% hand-picked/machine -harvested, whole bunch-presses,60% wild-fermented in tank,40% with small French oak balls (similiar effect to staves or chips), 6 months lees stirring. Complexity is the result, precisely as intended, of course; it is as much to do with the text as the flavour.
